Als Konrad ein attraktives Regieangebot am Theater erhält und seine zweite Chance wittert, steht das Familienmanagement vor groβen Herausforderungen: die beiden kleinen Töchter kommen gar nicht mit den Veränderungen Klar, und das argentinische Au-Pair-Mädchen entpuppt sich als komplette Fehlbestzung. Konrad fällt der Rollenwechsel vom Vollzet-Papa zum Regisseur schwerer als gedscht, und Christine stöβt zwischen Einsatz im OP-Saal und kochen für die kinder an ihre Grenzen.
